Returns and Refund Policy

Terms & Conditions:

  • If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
  • Monetary refunds are not provided.

Return Guidelines:

  • The MASH packaging, including the MASH bag, note, and tags on the footwear, must be intact and in the same condition as received.       Exchanges or returns will not be processed if the packaging or tags are damaged or missing.
  • Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and with the original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Once received, our quality team will inspect the product. If it does not meet the required standards, it will be sent back to you at your           expense (if requested). No credit note or exchange will be issued in such cases.
  • Exchanges depend on the availability of the product or size. If unavailable, a credit note will be issued on the website.

Credit Notes:

  • You’ll receive a credit coupon for the value of the returned product, which can be used on future purchases.
  • Credit Notes are valid for 90 Days from the issue date.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Must be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once verified via call/WhatsApp, COD               orders cannot be canceled.
  • Prepaid orders: Canceled orders will receive a credit note for the paid amount.
